As an Operations Team Member (Machine Helper), you will play a vital role in our daily operations by preparing finished goods for shipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with machine operators and shift teams to deliver top-quality products safely and efficiently. Shift & Compensation Pay Rate: $22.47/hr plus $2/hr shift differential 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday - Friday 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday - Friday What You Will Be Doing Quality & Packaging: Sort, label, inspect, and package finished goods according to customer specifications and quality standards. Operational Support: Prepare cores for machine operators, track multiple packing orders simultaneously, and keep work stations stocked with packaging materials.

Collaboration: Communicate shift updates and coordinate across departments to keep production running smoothly. Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean work area using 5S practices, assist with basic equipment maintenance, and uphold safety protocols as a team role model. Continuous Improvement: Participate in group problem-solving and quality improvement projects.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For Education/Experience: High School Diploma / GED OR 3+ years of relevant manufacturing or warehouse experience. Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (proficiency with production applications). Physical & License Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (300 lbs total weight limit) and willingness to obtain a Lift Truck Operator License. Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime as needed.
