P&C IT Services provides professional services to help our business units and corporate functions use technology to create, manage, and optimize information and business processes. IT Services spans a wide range of activities, including software development, data management, Cloud services, IT security, technical support, access governance, infrastructure management, and the procurement and maintenance of equipment and software. The overall goal of IT Services is to deliver technology solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and give our company a competitive advantage. Employees are expected to maintain a meaningful on-site presence to support collaboration, relationship building, and business success Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: Business Analysis & Requirements Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business solutions and business requirements Analyzes, identifies, and writes detailed descriptions of user requirements, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify applications or components Makes recommendations for business process improvements with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to technology needs Acts as a liaison between business and IT; develops and maintains knowledge of the customer's business Interviews end users to determine requirements for data, reports, analyses, training, data quality, and performance Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies Testing & Quality Assurance Develops test plans and executes tests Creates and maintains regression test suites, including UI and API-level test cases Participates in Agile ceremonies: daily scrums, sprint reviews, nightly releases, and weekend testing as needed Production Support Prepares analysis for production support of applications and associated documentation Creates ad hoc reports and executes data queries to support business and operational needs Identifies root cause of production issues and documents findings and recommendations Documentation & Knowledge Management Creates and maintains application documentation, training materials, and process guides Actively shares knowledge with team members and business partners to reduce knowledge silos Manages and documents change requests through the full release cycle (CERT and PROD) AI & Automation   (New for 2026) Identifies and implements AI-assisted workflow improvements to increase productivity and quality in daily BA work Leverages AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot) to accelerate requirements documentation, test case creation, query writing, and production issue analysis Stays informed on emerging AI capabilities relevant to business analysis and proactively shares use cases with the team Approaches work with a continuous improvement mindset, seeking ways to use AI and automation
