Join our team as a training project manager, where you will lead key projects, drive process improvements, and support the success of fund operations. You'll play a critical role in managing continuous improvement initiatives, overseeing quality standards, and developing high-performing teams focused on service, efficiency, and accuracy. About Transfer Agency: U.S. Bank Global Fund Services (GFS) offers fund administration, compliance, legal administration, fund accounting, fulfillment, distribution and marketing, custody, securities lending, transfer agent and shareholder services and alternative investment product services. We provide the products and services necessary for fund sponsors to focus on investing while we protect their business interests and minimize risks. As Transfer Agent, we act as liaison and provide service to over 200 mutual fund/alternative investment companies and their shareholders. Job Description
Project Manager for U.S. Bank Global Fund Services Contact Center. Responsible for providing certain training to employees and managing the continuous improvement and non-conformance system for the department. Responsible for managing other projects, as assigned. Assigned projects may be general or systems related in nature. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs. Participates in training users and evaluating the project. Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance. Responsible for providing fund-specific and job function training to employees. Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Three to five years of experience in project management activities Preferred Skills/Experience: Good knowledge of GFS Contact Center operations Strong organizational and analytical skills Thorough knowledge of project management Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data Excellent verbal and written communication skills The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
