In this role, you will: The Microsoft Copilot SME is responsible for the engineering, configuration, and lifecycle management of Copilot capabilities across Microsoft 365 and the wider Microsoft platform. The role focuses on enabling secure and effective adoption, building, and governing agent solutions, and integrating Copilot experiences with enterprise data and workflows to deliver measurable productivity outcomes for end users across all countries and regions where HSBC operates.

Design, build and govern Copilot solutions and agent experiences using Copilot Studio, including prompt design, tool grounding, and publishing controls. Deliver automation and workflow enhancements using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse) to complement Copilot use cases. Integrate Copilot and agents with enterprise data and services via Microsoft Graph API, ensuring appropriate authentication, permissions, and data access patterns. Measure adoption and value using Work IQ and other telemetry, and partner with stakeholders to iterate on agent creations, governance and change management. Implement enterprise-grade
