Those in learning assessment at PwC will focus on evaluating the impact and effectiveness of learning and development programmes. You will be responsible for administering assessments, evaluating learning outcomes, providing feedback, and collaborating with stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of training initiatives and enhance employee development. Support the Learning & Development agenda by consulting with IFS and Digital business stakeholders, as well as leadership, human skills and early-career programme owners, to design, coordinate, facilitate and improve learning solutions that build future-ready capabilities and support firmwide talent priorities. Partner with IFS, Digital, Human Capital and business stakeholders to identify capability needs and translate them into relevant learning interventions, development journeys and programme plans. Design, coordinate, deliver and facilitate workshops and learning sessions covering leadership, human skills, communication, collaboration, client service, digital fluency, professional effectiveness and career readiness. Support IFS and Digital learning priorities by working with subject matter specialists to shape practical learning content, user-friendly resources and blended learning experiences that encourage adoption and application. Manage early-career learning experiences, foundational development programmes , with a focus on planning, stakeholder coordination, facilitator briefing, materials, and learner experience. Apply adult learning, experiential learning and blended learning principles to create practical, learner- centred solutions, including workshops, simulations, case discussions, role plays, virtual sessions and digital learning assets. Coordinate programme operations, including scheduling, communications, budgeting, logistics , vendor coordination, attendance tracking, feedback analysis, reporting and continuous improvement follow-up. Evaluate learning effectiveness using learner feedback, participation data and stakeholder input, and recommend improvements to strengthen programme quality, relevance and impact. Support HRDC-related administration, including grant application support, documentation, claims coordination, attendance records and compliance follow-up. Stay current with learning trends, digital learning tools and business capability needs, and contribute ideas that improve the accessibility, engagement and effectiveness of development programmes .
Requirements
6 –7 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, talent development, facilitation, onboarding, programme management, HR, digital learning, or a related role. Experience supporting leadership development, human skills, professional skills, onboarding, induction, early- career or business capability programmes would be an advantage. Good understanding of learning design, adult learning, experiential learning, blended learning and learning evaluation approaches. Comfortable working with digital learning tools, collaboration platforms, learning management systems, virtual facilitation tools and basic learning data. Confident
