Job Description The Network Operations Analyst is responsible for tracking load movements across North American Air Freight, Air Cargo, Sleeper Team, and DirectShip transportation networks.  He/She coordinates equipment repairs and schedules adjustments for drivers.  The Network Operations Analyst creates contingency transportation plans to ensure service goals are met.

Basic understanding of the UPS Air and Ground Networks and knowledge of SLIC numbers used by UPS to identify locations Able to work under stressful situations while maintaining good communication and problem solving skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook - Preferred Ability to work unsupervised at times Schedule Sunday-Thursday 1500-2330ET Salary grade for internals: 10D Employee Type: Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
