Job Description
Manage the full project lifecycle from planning, design, development, testing, and implementation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as program management, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and design engineering to ensure project objectives are achieved. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within cost targets. Monitor project progress and performance, including schedule, cost, and technical deliverables. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or technical issues. Prepare reports and communicate status updates to stakeholders and senior management. Manage project documentation, proposals, and work statements as required for program execution. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations (EHS). Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve engineering processes and project outcomes. Required Skills/Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or related field). 4–5+ years of experience in project engineering, project management, or similar technical roles. Knowledge of engineering development, manufacturing processes, and aerospace systems. Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Proficient with software such as Primavera, Siemens NX, Solidworks and Microsoft Office (ie. MS Project) Proven understanding of compliance and quality assurance guidelines and best practices Courage to explore new ideas, learn new technologies, a proactive desire to learn Passion for technology and creative mindset PMP or ACP certified is a plus.
