If you’re driven by purpose and ready to bring your best to work that truly matters for patients, we invite you to join us.  正确遵守HSE规程，在日常工作中正确穿戴PPE。 Apply HSE Procedure correctly and wear the expected PPE correctly during work. 在日常工作中正确遵守数据完整性要求。 Apply Data Integrity requirement correctly during work. 积极主动在团队内和团队外分享质量和安全相关的事项。 Share event on quality and HSE inside and outside team actively. 负责实验室测试结果的第二人复核，及时识别测试过程中潜在的问题。 To be responsible for test results second person verification, identify potential issues during routine test. 作为化学测试的技术指导员，通过展示丰富的一线知识，遵守质量体系和使用正确的技术，起模范带头作用。 Work as technical instructor, setting a good example through demonstrating abundant shop floor knowledge, compliance with quality system and use of proper technique. 负责实验室关键测试，并作为关键测试的QP讲师。 To be responsible for critical test and as critical QP trainer. 协助主管安排当班、周末、节假日工作，确保化学测试符合流程要求，确保样品生命周期完整。 Assist supervisor to arrange daily/weekend/holiday work, ensuring chemical test follow procedure requirement and sample life cycle complete. 参与解决组内或跨部门工作中遇到的问题。 Anticipates and solves problems that occur within work unit or across work units. 协助化学测试方法的验证/确认和设备的再确认。 Assist for chemical method validation/verification and equipment re-qualification. 为化学测试提供技术支持，撰写和升版有关操作文件和方法，并提供培训。 Provide technical support for chemical test, draft and update procedure and method, and provide training. 根据要求更新和维护日常测试Darwin主数据 Update and maintain Darwin master data follow requirement for routine testing. 积极并主导促进实验室系统的改善 To support continues improvement for microbiology lab system. 岗位要求： Position requirement: 大专及以上学历，药学、化学或相关学科。 College degree or above, majored in pharmaceuticals, chemical or related sciences. 具备良好的团队精神。 Strong teamwork spirit. 能用英语说，写和读。 Capable of speaking, writing and read in English fluently. 药厂GMP 背景，有至少两年以上的QC 部门工作经验 Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, at least 2 years work experience in Pharmaceutical QC. 需要时可倒班，能够接收周六日翻班。     Accept to work in weekend. Take night shift if applicable. 需要加班时要加班，工作需要的紧急情况需能及时反应。     Work overtime as required, available off shift to respond to operational issues.
