Job Title: Sr. Associate, Demand Management Support (L2) Job Code: 41417 Waterdown, Ontario     About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Sr. Associate, Demand Management Support individual to join our growing team, embedded within the Demand Management team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the sales organization by driving operational efficiency, supporting complex sales cycles, and ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations and internal processes. You will work closely with Sales, Bids & Proposals, Contracts, CSG, Engineering, and Program Management teams to drive operational efficiency, maintain accurate orders & pipeline data, and enable data-driven decision-making. In your role on the Demand Management team, you will: Generate internal purchase orders to help drive factory production and support tight customer delivery timelines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Bids & Proposals, Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Demand Planning. Monitor and manage critical production time fences and short-term forecast activities to ensure timely release of product specifications for execution. Support sales operations activities including order acceptance, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and customer delivery commitments. Maintain accurate forecast, pipeline, and customer data across CRM and demand planning systems. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance forecasting, sales operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. Ensure compliance with internal processes, documentation standards, and contractual requirements.     Required Capabilities  Ability to comfortably work at both the aggregate and detailed level of demand planning In-depth knowledge of forecasting methodologies Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint (MS Office) Strong organizational skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize workload Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills Team player attitude; ability to develop strong working relationships with department representatives, managers and support staff Ability to quickly acquire sound knowledge of company products and services Ability to appreciate priorities and workflow, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Able to achieve problem resolution through interaction with internal and external customers and process owners Acute attention to detail     Desired Education and Experiences  Requires broad theoretical job knowledge.
