Position Summary

Work you'll do As a Consultant, Configuration & Integration on the ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for… Developing ServiceNow solutions that support client requirements across platform configuration, customization, and integration activities Delivering development-focused work in ServiceNow rather than primarily administrative platform support Supporting implementation efforts across one or more ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and SPM Collaborating with project team members to translate business and technical requirements into scalable platform solutions Contributing to testing, deployment, and ongoing solution refinement to support quality delivery and client needs Bringing thought leadership to support with architecture and data model decisions Working with ServiceNow architects and senior developers to orchestrate solutions A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to provide clear guidance to others The Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact.
