The Integrated Supply Team has a great opportunity for an experienced Procurement Professional/Subcontract Manager in a highly collaborative role where you will have the opportunity to lead in the sourcing and acquisition of materials and services, manage supplier performance and the entire purchase order life cycle (requirements including supplier development, requirement solicitations, Purchase Order award, post-award management, and closeout activities) for DoD, FMS, and DCS customers within the procurement team.

What You Will Do

Review drawings, specifications, and purchase history to determine sourcing strategy Review Supplier Statement of Work (SSOW) documents and work with other functional organizations to develop and revise the documents, when needed Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs (requests for quote/requests for proposal) Review quotes/proposals and analyze results Plan negotiation strategies and lead the negotiations Address any exceptions to flow downs, specifications, quality notes, or Raytheon terms and condition requirements by collaborating with cross-functional program contacts Gather and file required documentation for purchase orders per internal procedures Perform routine post-award management activities Significant supplier interaction in collaboration with Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) Able to support travel (up to 25%-50%) Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 year’s experience Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, management, finance, or similar role.
