About Team The Mobiles & Tablets team manages strategic sellers within the Electronics category on TikTok Shop. We drive sustainable business growth by partnering with sellers to maximize GMV, optimize campaign participation, solve operational challenges, and develop long-term growth strategies across content, marketing, and commercial initiatives.

About the Role As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in business development, merchant acquisition, and e-commerce operations within TikTok Shop's Electronics category. You will identify and source potential merchants through both offline field scouting and online channels, pitch the value of TikTok Shop and the Affiliate Program, and support the end-to-end onboarding process for new sellers. Throughout the internship, you will develop skills in lead generation, sales pitching, stakeholder management, pipeline tracking, and data-driven business growth while working closely with experienced Account Managers.

Responsibilities: - Actively hunt and source potential leads (phone kiosk owners, tech wholesalers, and mobile accessory sellers) through field scouting at shopping malls and digital channels like Facebook Marketplace and TikTok. - Pitch and onboard merchants by demonstrating the commercial value of the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program. - Acquire and onboard high-potential pre-owned resellers from both offline and online channels. - Manage and track leads efficiently through the entire acquisition funnel—from initial contact and pitch to final account registration and verification.
