KEY FUNCTION
Responsible for driving organic sales growth and managing existing customer accounts, primarily within the flexible packaging segment. Regularly visit customers to identify opportunities and achieve profitable revenue growth by promoting the full portfolio of products and services offered by the Custom Concentrates and Services (CCS) Division within the Advanced Polymer Solutions Business Unit. Deliver comprehensive solutions that address customer needs while representing the organization professionally and effectively. Execute the sales strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives and strategic priorities for the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. TASK & RESPONSIBILITY
1. Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and other key performance objectives. 2. Manage customer orders and conduct contract reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance. 3. Apply a solution-selling approach to effectively communicate the company's value proposition and product offerings. 4. Drive organic business growth by securing new business opportunities and expanding sales with existing customers. 5. Prospect, identify, and develop new customers and sales opportunities to support the goals of the Business Unit. 6. Promote cross-selling opportunities whenever possible and facilitate engagement with other sales representatives to maximize business potential. 7. Provide market intelligence by serving as the “eyes and ears” of the company, including identifying market trends, competitor pricing strategies, new product launches, and other relevant market developments to support value-based pricing and sales strategies. 8. Collaborate closely with internal support functions, including Technical Service, Customer Service, Credit, and Business teams, to ensure excellent customer support and business execution. 9. Work closely with the Product Development team to support new product development initiatives based on market trends, customer requirements, and emerging opportunities. 10. Ensure the accurate and timely submission of all required reports, including updates on business opportunities and customer visit reports in Salesforce, as well as business plans and sales forecasts for the IBP process. 11. Conflict resolution and negotiation; the ability to handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve conflicts. 12. Comply with all company safety, health, and environmental (SHE) policies, procedures, and applicable government regulations. AUTHORITY 1. To represent the company in making deals with customers in terms of price, provide quotations, prepare contracts and comply with company SOX procedure. 2. To give sales presentations to management regarding business overview, business plan, and market intelligence to support the sustainability of the company. 3. To support customers with any technical issues and new developments and provide solutions to customers. 4.
