Top Partner Manager, AI Infrastructure and Supply Chain (Korean, English)

As a Top Partner Manager, you will strategically advance Google's partnerships within the critical AI Infrastructure and Supply Chain ecosystem, especially the memory and semiconductor sectors in Korea, a pivotal country for strategic growth and innovation. You will work broadly across the Supply Chain and build local relationships in this domain (e.g. current and potential partners interested and involved in data center business and the infra/AI supply chain ecosystem). You will cultivate relationships with peers in all business and functional teams across Google with an interest in Google’s APAC Top Partners, using influencing and relationship-building skills to drive proactive One Google agreement making and holistic partnership strategy. You will work in close collaboration with frontline sales and business development teams, and actively lead engagement strategy across product areas, including driving alignment across executive stakeholders to grow our business with these strategic partners. You will develop cross-Google strategies for these partners, engaging externally to manage partner-facing pursuits across Google. You will immerse yourself in these holistic partner strategies to draw insights on macro industry trends, identify transformational opportunities, and interact externally to advance partnership priorities with key partners and industry bodies. You will act as a true thought leader, challenge, advise, and support business and product teams to optimize Google’s engagements with these partners. Your ability to solve ambiguous problems, apply sound business judgment, and communicate complex issues effectively, combined with the market and partner-specific expertise build, will enable you to lead this team to form and deliver insightful perspectives on Google’s partnership strategies. The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Lead the development of top partners in the AI Infrastructure and Supply Chain, especially in the memory and semiconductor sector, and strategic partners in other key industries in Korea, working in close collaboration with executive stakeholders across Google to establish and drive a holistic “One Google” partnership strategy. Drive the development and activation of industry-specific strategies, incorporating critical and emerging topics (e.g., GenAI), and work with customer-facing and cross-functional teams to develop and utilize playbooks across these topics. Direct regional working groups composed of industry leaders and Top Partner Managers to address critical, widespread industry and strategy topics. Set the strategic goal for providing scaled “One Google” support for this critical book of business, including evaluating and refreshing the book as needed based on Top Partner Program criteria.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategy, supply chain, semiconductors, or other key components management. Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management. Experience in leading cross-functional projects (e.g., strategy plan, new product launch) from inception to deployment. Ability to communicate in Korean and English fluently to support partner relationship management.
