About the role 负责空调压缩机、风机、水泵等电机驱动控制软件开发，基于Infineon、ST、Renesas、NXP等MCU平台进行嵌入式软件设计、FOC电机控制算法开发及系统调试。参与电机驱动平台化架构建设、软件需求分析、设计实现、测试验证及现场问题解决，开展电机驱动相关MATLAB/Simulink建模与仿真，支持开利中国RLC新一代VRF、热泵、Chiller等家用、轻商及出口类产品开发。该岗位需要与硬件、机械、系统及开利全球研发团队密切合作，共同推动电机驱动技术创新和产品竞争力提升。 Key Responsibilities: As a Sr, E&E Engrg, you’ll be responsible for: 负责压缩机、风机、水泵驱动控制软件开发与维护； 开发和优化FOC、SVPWM、无位置传感器等电机控制算法； 基于Infineon、STM32、Renesas RX、NXP等MCU平台进行电机驱动嵌入式软件开发； 开展Motor Tuning、性能优化及故障诊断； 参与驱动软件平台化及软件架构设计； 支持实验室测试、可靠性验证及现场问题分析； 与硬件、主控软件、结构、系统及全球团队协同开展技术开发和创新项目； 熟悉并能使用MATLAB/Simulink进行电机控制模型建立与仿真验证可以优先考虑； Requirements As a minimum you must have: ​ Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution Requires specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices University Degree and a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience Benefits We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.
