Your potential is our inspiration.   Where You'll Make a Difference Lead sourcing, contracting, and supplier management activities across Corporate Services categories supporting North America. Develop and execute category strategies that deliver value, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and business continuity. Manage sourcing initiatives for indirect spend categories including Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Sales, Professional Services, and other corporate functions. Lead competitive bidding processes, supplier negotiations, and contract discussions to secure optimal commercial and operational outcomes. Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders to understand priorities, influence decision-making, and align procurement strategies with business objectives. Conduct market analysis and supplier assessments to identify opportunities for innovation, cost savings, and service improvements. Drive contract compliance and support the implementation of supplier performance management practices. Ensure procurement activities align with company policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and enhance procurement processes and capabilities. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Purchasing roles. Proven experience managing indirect spend categories within a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of North American procurement practices and supplier markets, particularly within the United States. Experience supporting functions such as Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Sales, and Professional Services. Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience working with SAP in procurement and sourcing processes. Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. How Would You Stand Out?
