Job Function ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Accurate cutting of all shear orders per the work order instructions; verify shear or rem dimensions and specs against shop order and cut plan prior to cutting. Maintain highest quality procedures; to include QC stamp and tag tracing. Marking all cut parts per work order and customer requirements. Initial packing of parts off the shear. Marking all rems accurately and maintaining tractability at all times; responsible for the proper and safe storage of rems. Responsible for routine daily maintenance of the shear; maintain equipment log sheet and record the hours of operation. Responsible for maintaining a hazard free and clean work area. Follows all company safety and quality policies and procedures. Participates in TQM and SPC meetings.
Required Skills
