Maintains, tests and repairs a wide range of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and/or pneumatic systems and components. Applies knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to operation. Provides skilled mechanical and electrical/electronic support to all areas of Manufacturing. An ideal candidate for this position will have a broad range of experience in the building trades, particularly in a manufacturing and industrial warehouse environment. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities   • Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and/or electrical equipment including but not limited to lift & transport trucks, water plumbing, and specialized production test equipment • Plans and performs work requiring a strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical theories and principles • Installs, starts up and shuts down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures for machine activation and shutdown and in line with OSHA and Watts safety requirements. • Advises operators and supervisors of operation procedures and requirements for working safely with electrical and mechanical equipment and components. • Install & relocate warehouse racking when needed • Maintains company-required performance and maintenance records for identified equipment. • Performs preventive maintenance functions as directed or scheduled • Proactively identify problems and take prompt action. Informs appropriate management and other maintenance mechanics of potential electrical/mechanical problems and inherent dangers involved. • Trains and assists other maintenance team members where appropriate             • Highly safety-conscious • Willing to work overtime when required. • Performs other duties as required.   Required Qualifications   ·    3-5 years minimum of experience in the electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and/or pneumatic fields are required and the ability to demonstrate proficiency in areas of experience. ·     E xperience with building & construction trades and best practices / techniques ·     Basic understanding of common local and national building codes ·     Proficient with full array of hand and power tools ·     Working understanding of
