In this role, you will be responsible for various financial reporting and accounting processes.        THE PERSON:   Lead Marketing Development Fund (MDF) operations through a shift from manual transactional checking to exception-based operations, ensuring strong governance, quality, and operational resilience in an AI/RPA-enabled environment. Own the operational control layer (human-in-the-loop), drive consistency across teams/regions, and act as a business-facing product owner for automation workflows.

Oversee end-to-end execution for assigned scope (reservations, claims, program doc) with clear accountability for cycle time, quality, and compliance outcomes. Lead the human-in-the-loop controls program: define and execute sampling approach (including what portion of “AI pass” is reviewed), oversee exception escalation, and ensure decisions are defensible. Define acceptance criteria and track false-positive/false-negative themes; initiate corrective actions with business, IT, and operations teams. Own knowledge base/policy stewardship: maintain “source of truth” mapping of guidelines to operational rules/AI knowledge base and manage change when requirements shift. Act as business product owner for automation workflows: requirements, scenario coverage, UAT readiness, release communications, and post-go-live stabilization feedback loops. Drive reporting and insights agenda: non-compliance trend analysis, partner risk themes, and operational performance reporting/dashboards for leadership. Support close and accrual governance by ensuring risks/exceptions are surfaced early and that reconciliations and supporting evidence are complete.

Experience in automation/AI-enabled operations, UAT, or business product ownership for workflow tools. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including hands on experience with Power BI, Power Query, and Macros. Experience building operational dashboards (Power BI or similar) and translating metrics into actionable decisions. Experience with audit readiness, sampling design, or control testing support. Language: Good spoken and written English.

Strong experience in finance/accounting operations with demonstrated leadership in process governance and stakeholder management.

Ability to lead ambiguity, apply sound judgment on complex exceptions, and drive standardization across teams.
