Within this dynamic environment, we offer an exciting opportunity for a Technical Solution Consultant to take ownership of end-to-end resolution of complex, high-impact issues faced by HPE enterprise customers, making a tangible difference where it matters most. Roles and Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted remote technical expert, diagnosing complex customer incidents through deep log analysis and turning challenges into swift, effective resolutions. Develop a comprehensive understanding of each customer’s IT and business landscape, ensuring every solution aligns seamlessly with their operational goals and critical priorities. Provide strong technical leadership across incident analysis, management, and root cause investigations, guiding issues from disruption to clarity and closure. Act as a strategic advisor, clearly communicating recovery plans, building confidence in identified root causes, and designing forward-looking action plans to prevent recurrence while enhancing overall IT resilience. Take a holistic view of every incident, driving resolution with a sharp focus on customer experience, consistently meeting—and exceeding—expectations. Collaborate and lead across diverse technical teams, including engineers, field specialists, management, and third-party partners, to accelerate problem resolution and deliver impactful outcomes. Partner closely with account teams to support proactive initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement and long-term customer success.
Education and Experience
Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or related field Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in any of the following product lines. Hands-on expertise across HPE’s storage arrays—including 3PAR and Primera arrays, MSA, Brocade SAN, StoreOnce, and the next-generation Alletra/Nimble platforms Strong foundation in HPE enterprise compute, spanning ProLiant and Synergy server architectures, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
