The Configuration and Data Management (CDM) organization is responsible for ensuring our products are under configuration control and delivered on time. The CDM Organization consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices, and our customers. Disciplines in the CDM organization participate in the life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. The Configuration and Data Management Department is seeking a professional candidate for a Data Manager to work within the Data Management and Execution section. This position is onsite in Tucson, AZ.
What You Will Do
Identifies all data deliverables made part of a contract and subsequently builds a data track in a Product Data Management (PDM) system Identifies the appropriate preparers, receives the data, reviews for compliance, solicits and secures appropriate programmatic approval Delivers the information to the Customer on time, throughout the lifecycle of the contract Responsible for reviewing Sub-tier contractor requirements, building data tracks for supplier submissions, receiving data from various suppliers Routing for approval and/or incorporation into prime contractor deliverables to the U.S. Government Customer, as well as securing non-deliverable program work products to be configuration controlled in the PDM system and other related tasking.
Qualifications
You Must Have Bachelor’s degree Data Management / Configuration Management experience OR professional experience Experience in Microsoft Office Suite. The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
