Greet customers and answer phones professionally. Assist customers with parts inquiries, availability, and orders. Communicate with customers, vendors, and service teams by phone, email, and in person. Coordinate and order parts for repairs and customer needs. Create invoices and process payments, returns, warranties, and core credits. Receive, inspect, stock, and organize inventory. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct inventory counts. Keep the parts counter, stockroom, and work area clean and organized. Accurately identify and specify parts.

Strong attention to detail Sense of urgency Excellent communication Mathematics – calculations of inventory, payments and invoices. Knowledge of automotive parts Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence Total Rewards Est.
