RFX and Contract management support; Non-Disclosure Agreement execution; Proof agreement for electronic signature (completion and signature management); Extension of term through an extension letter; Extension of term through amendment (with/without commercial updates); Support to enhancing contract frameworks; Drafting contracts; Supplier contract negotiation based on the playbook and instructions from purchasing category; Supplier contract due diligence (if needed); Contract approvals and signatory; Contract archival in the system. ͏
