Material Attendant - 1st shift

1st shift NBW Qualifications Proven experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or inventory management Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA compliance standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Clear communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification (preferred) Previous warehouse or material attendant experience (preferred) Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (preferred) Valid driver's license (preferred) Associates must not have been awarded a job through a posting in the previous six (6) months. (Exceptions to the 6-month time limit may be considered if circumstances beyond the control of the associate caused a shift change or demotion or based on business needs. In addition, associates seeking a higher labor grade may apply without waiting 6 months.) Associates can have no written disciplinary warnings within six (6) months of the posting date. Associates cannot have less than 17 UTO hours. Associates must be able to work 8+ hours per day and 40+ hours per week. Associates must meet all the minimum qualifications outlined on the job bid. Associates selected will receive the necessary training to perform the requirements of this position, to include processes and computer requirements.
