What you will be responsible for?
Proactively handle customer telephone queries in relation to product , order status, product availability, and deliveries etc
Be responsible for inbound calls & emails in relation to orders & product enquiries, faults & warranties
Use a variety of tools and resources to access product knowledge for troubleshooting purposes
Adhere to order entry process and accurately input customer orders into system
Process customer orders via the EDI, SAP and CRM systems
Code orders to system requirements, and ensure pricing is accurate on all orders processed
Liaise with external carriers in relation to stock delivery status
Actively keep up to date with all new product releases
Openly liaise with our warehouses regarding progress of customer orders
Build rapport and communicate with the sales teams and account managers in all order requirements and concerns
To be successful in this role, you'll have
Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, logistics and/or supply chain environment
Previous experience in SAP, Salesforce, CRM and or EDI
Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong ability to provide assistance to both internal and external customers in any circumstance
Be personable, professional and able to work cohesively in an open team environment
Proactively problem solve and manage customer expectations
Trustworthy, ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Be professional in appearance and your communication style
Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic
Excellent time management and organisation – strength in prioritising tasks
Work well under pressure and be in confident in your decisions.
