AECOM is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Scientist to support our Quantity Surveying and Cost Management teams in the Dubai, UAE office. The candidate will play a pivotal role in leveraging digital tools and technologies to enhance project efficiency, accuracy, and data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital innovation in the construction sector and wants to be a part of the success of the creation and implementation of planned and future digital initiatives. This role is a part of our 24-months Advance graduate program. Digital Support for quantity surveying and cost management teams: Collaborate with quantity surveyors to ensure seamless integration of digital workflows into traditional practices .Enhance and support cost planning, cost control, and value engineering processes using digital platforms. Maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for project teams. Generate information rich reports and dashboards using data visualization tools. Data Management & Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze project data to provide actionable insights for cost management. Develop and maintain digital templates, workflows, and automation scripts to improve efficiency. Ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards and protocols. Technology Implementation: Provide training and technical support to team members on digital tools and processes. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance project delivery. Support cross-functional teams in adopting digital practices and fostering a culture of innovation.

A degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Quantity Surveying, Digital Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field with a minimum GPA of 2.8 Specific Skills Required: An understanding of common construction industry digital tools like BIM authoring and management software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Solibri, Aconex), CostX, or similar platforms.
