A Day in the Life The Global Strategic Alliance (OEM) RLM Senior Program Manager drives growth of the Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) portfolio across Region Led Markets through strategic Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partnerships. Focused primarily on Turkey and the Middle East, with broader support across selected international markets, this role translates alliance strategy into commercial results by expanding market access, increasing technology adoption, and strengthening partner engagement. Working closely with OEM partners, regional commercial teams, and global cross-functional stakeholders, you will identify growth opportunities, support key tenders, improve channel effectiveness, and accelerate adoption of ACM technologies including Nellcor, BIS, Microstream and INVOS. For this position, you are required to be based in Turkiye and travel up to 50% both domestically and internationally. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Serve as the primary Strategic Alliance contact for ACM OEM business across Region Led Markets. Develop and execute regional growth plans to increase ACM revenue, market share, and installed base expansion. Lead market prioritisation and engagement strategies across Turkey, the Middle East, and selected international markets. Build and strengthen relationships with OEM partners including Philips, GE HealthCare, Mindray, Draeger, Nihon Kohden, BD, and regional partners. Identify and support joint tender opportunities, hospital evaluations, conversions, installations, and clinical adoption activities. Create repeatable engagement models, tools, and training that improve OEM channel effectiveness. Partner with commercial, marketing, regulatory, finance, quality, legal, engineering, and customer service teams to execute alliance initiatives. Lead quarterly business reviews, forecasting activities, and joint growth programmes with OEM partners. Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to approximately 50%. Professional English proficiency, written and verbal. 4+ years of medical sales, sales management, marketing, or related commercial healthcare experience. Experience working with Strategic Alliance or OEM channel business models. Experience with patient monitoring or Acute Care & Monitoring technologies. Experience working across multiple countries, regions, distributors, or channel partners. Experience driving commercial growth through strategic partnerships.
