Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. 岗位目标: 作为小组团队工作的负责人员，通过对物流及生产流程的了解、对工作的合理安排、对员工的充分培训，确保其团队日常工作正常的进行。 岗位职责:   1、充分了解对本团队的工作要求并合理分配团队成员的工作，以保证团队的有效运转。 2、与其他相关部门进行有效沟通，协调并解决日常工作中出现的问题。 3、对小组员工工作进展进行指导，跟踪。对小组工作进行总结并及时报告给上级主管。 4、按主管要求向小组员工提供足够的业务流程/指导书培训。 5、熟悉所有相关的EHS流程，对团队员工提供安全培训和跟踪，及时反馈工作环境中的安全隐患。 6、协助上级主管对专项事件进行跟踪。 7、为上级主管提供其需要的信息及数据。 8、管理10人左右的团队工作，并协助主管完成团队员工的绩效考核。 9、能够组织正常的实物盘点，分析差异产生的原因。 10、主管指定的其它任务。 背景/经验:   1、技校，高中及以上学历 2、叉车驾驶证，并2年以上叉车驾驶经验 3、5年或以上仓库工作经验 4、熟练操作Office 5、熟悉SAP WM，MM的相关管理要求 6、熟悉仓库及基本的生产流程 7、很好的沟通及分析能力 8、熟悉EHS流程，并很强的EHS意识 9、一年以上仓库业务和人员管理 JOB PURPOSE  As a responsible person, or team leader, of a small team, by understanding of logistics and production processes, reasonable arrangement of tasks, adequate training of staff, shall always guarantee the smooth execution of the team’s daily operation. JOB DUTIES:   1、Understand the requirements of the team comprehensively and allocate tasks to team members reasonably, to ensure the effectiveness of operation.  2、Effective communication and coordination with other relevant departments to solve problems in the day-to-day work. 3、Coaching and monitoring of team members’ work. Summary of team performance and timely report to superior.  4、Provide adequate business process/ working instruction training to team members, per superior  request. 5、Get to familiar with all related EHS processes. Provide safety training and provide timely feedback of safety risks exists in the working areas. 6、Assist superior to track special events. 7、Provide information and data to superior at request. 8、Arrange a team of about 10 team members. Assist supervisor to implement performance management of the team members. 9、Able to organize normal physical inventory and analyze the reasons for differences 10、Other tasks assigned by superior. BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:   1、Technical school, high school or above. 2、 Forklift driving license. 2 years’ driving practice. 3、 At least 5 years’ warehouse working experience. 4、 Use Office skillfully. 5、 Has knowledge of SAP WM，MM module.  6、 Be familiar with warehouse process and has basic knowledge of production process. 7、 Be good at communication and analyzing. 8、 Know EHS processes well and has strong sense of EHS.  9、 At least 1 year’s management experience of warehouse management as team leader.   Posting Dates: 八月 7, 2026 - 八月 20, 2026 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  Qualified applicants of any age are encouraged to apply
