$20.62 - $21.78 Plus Weekly Production Bonus Closing date: 8/5/26   Basic Job Functions:

Responsibilities for the Maintenance Lead include but are not limited to:

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead and uphold safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Collaborating cross-departmentally and having the ability to manage workflow and projects. Gathering, creating, and maintaining records involving, but not limited to: safety, purchasing, attendance, payroll, equipment inspections/maintenance, teammate development and disciplinary actions. Coaching direct reports to continuously improve their knowledge and skills. Seeking continuous improvement in every facet of team performance with a keen emphasis on safety, quality, cost, and productivity. Performing other duties as required including but not limited to troubleshooting equipment and other maintenance duties. Minimum Qualifications:

HS Diploma or GED Equivalent Preferred Qualifications:

Industrial maintenance experience, to include welding, overhead crane operation, inspection and repair. Programmable Controller programming diagnoses and repair. Knowledge in diagnoses and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic energy systems, electric motors and circuits, and basic automotive.
