A320 Family Programme Procurement New Development Manager (M/F)

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Programme Supply Manager (f/m) to join our A320 Family Programme Procurement department based in Toulouse, France . You will be part of a team developing A320 Family development projects. As part of the New Development Procurement team, you will be involved in coordinating procurement activities and policy deployment aiming at securing end-to-end Procurement performance (on time, on cost, on quality). Your challenges: Represent the Procurement organization in front of Programmes and capture Programme needs toward Procurement. Act as the Procurement focal point for key development projects, ensuring alignment between Programme requests and Procurement constraints. Interact continuously with cross-functional project teams (Engineering, Industrial, Work Package Leaders) to monitor evolving technical modifications and schedule. Consolidate and monitor supplier roadmaps alongside operational procurement and quality stakeholders. Present procurement and supplier progress status at project progress meetings and maturity gate reviews. Your boarding pass: Academic background in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field. Proven professional background within a Procurement organization. Strong Project Management skills. Technical interest/affinity for aircraft systems. Negotiation level in English (mandatory); French language skills are a plus Not a 100% match? No worries!
