This position reports directly to the Global IT Director.    Essential Job Responsibilities:   ·       Support Power BI requests, including support of the program management and technical configuration ·       Support manufacturing automation initiatives ·       Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling ·       Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders ·       Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents ·       Identify automation opportunities ·       Assist with project management for selected projects ·       Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand business performance   Required Job Qualifications:   ·       Strong aptitude for applications and systems ·       Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities ·       Strong management and organizational skills ·       Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments ·       Proficient use of MS Office, Excel and Word ·       Ability to work and communicate well with all levels of people ·       Ability to prioritize multiple tasks   Required Education and/or Experience:   ·       Bachelor's degree in information systems or computer science ·       2 to 4 years of industry experience ·       Power BI experience is a plus ·       Manufacturing company experience a plus ·       ERP experience is a plus ·       Basic knowledge of ETL tools - SSIS, Fabric/Azure Data Factory ·       Basic knowledge of MS SQL Databases ·       Data modeling in Power BI ·       Knowledge of web app frameworks.  ·       Basic knowledge of Python (or other scripting / object-oriented programming languages) and JavaScript ·       Basic knowledge of cloud storage with Azure     The information contained within this job description overview is not intended to be all-inclusive.
