Job Overview
A proactive and customer-focused Customer Fulfillment Analyst with strong experience in demand fulfillment, backlog management, order prioritization, shortage resolution, and supply recovery activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can effectively coordinate with customers, factories, and cross-functional teams to achieve on-time delivery. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, Aerospace, Defense & Marine industries is highly desirable, while knowledge of connector or interconnect products is an added advantage Job Requirements
Technical Skills and Hands-on Expertise Strong knowledge of supply planning, demand fulfillment, order management, backlog management, and customer delivery processes. Experience in demand analysis, forecast review, and order fulfillment planning. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Ability to identify supply risks, assess business impact, and drive corrective actions to meet delivery commitments. Experience coordinating production schedules across multiple manufacturing sites to support on-time delivery. Familiarity with key supply chain metrics, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), backlog management, inventory health, and forecast accuracy. Knowledge of connectors, interconnect solutions, or electromechanical products is an advantage. Key Job Responsibilities and Function Scope Analyze customer demand, forecasts, and backlog requirements to ensure timely order fulfillment. Develop and maintain material plans and schedules to support customer and production requirements. Serve as the primary liaison between Customer Service, manufacturing sites, and internal stakeholders to resolve supply issues, address delivery challenges, and drive delivery performance. Monitor production progress, material availability, and delivery commitments across multiple manufacturing sites. Maintain accurate delivery commitments, order status updates, and ERP system data. Lead expediting and recovery efforts for critical orders to minimize delays and
