The Vietnam team is a new anchor in GRE’s global coverage model, providing reliability coverage and clean handoffs between US and India shifts for Yum! Brands’ global restaurant technology.

This is not a steady-state operations role. GRE is actively transforming its reliability practice from reactive incident response toward a platform engineering model: self-service over tickets, auto-healing and auto-remediation over manual intervention, AI-native by default.
