What you’ll do: ​ Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered features and platforms. Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and technical specifications. Collaborate closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, designers, and software engineers to bring AI capabilities to life. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and trends to identify opportunities for product innovation. Prioritize features, balancing user impact, business needs, and technical complexity. Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and iterate based on data-driven insights. Ensure responsible and ethical use of AI throughout the product lifecycle. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study. MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred. 8+ years of work experience in related field. Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry. What you need to bring: Expert team skills and ability to cross functionally drive/influence work through others, ability to mentor and lead teams to achieve results for complex, ambiguous projects. Expert skills in cost efficient solution building, financial performance metric creation and analysis. Expert business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection. Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry and ability to provide product specific technical training to the team. Product Strategy & Roadmap  – Define the AI vision, strategy, and roadmap for Digital Assistant leveraging advanced AI based on customer needs, and business goals. Independently leads and drives the end-to-end strategy and operational roadmap for the Digital Assistant across quote to cash workflows. Develops and implements strategies to enhance customer support experiences through MAB, VSA and other solutions , ensuring alignment with HPE's overall customer and partner vision.   Cross-functional Collaboration  – Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operational teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Guides stakeholders on overall AI strategy across all phases: Collaborates with internal teams to ensure requirements/use cases aligns with broader company strategies, from planning and development to launch and ongoing management.
