What You'll Do
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Retirement & Income Solutions Product Management team, leading strategy and delivery for our packaged offering family. This is a high-visibility role where you'll shape how our business teams engage customers, streamline workflows, and unlock value. You'll have the opportunity to: Define and manage the product vision and strategy for the Packaged Offering family focused on various packaged products including Multiple Employer Plans (MEPs), Pooled Employer Plans (PEPs), Service Agreements, Services, and others. Partner with leaders across the Retirement & Income Solutions (RIS) organization to align customer needs, business goals, and enterprise priorities. Lead product discovery through experimentation, customer research, and analytics to identify high-value opportunities and prioritize investments that move the needle Drive delivery end-to-end, partnering with IT engineers, designers, and cross-functional product managers to execute the roadmap using agile standard practices, resolving dependencies and delivering quality outcomes on time Measure what matters. Use data, customer insights, and industry trends to assess product performance, inform strategic adjustments, and continuously evolve the platform. Communicate and align across teams and leadership forums, keeping partners informed, engaged, and rallied around a shared direction Foster product leadership by mentoring fellow product managers, championing best practices, and helping cultivate a high-performing product culture Challenge the status quo. Make small bets, embrace experimentation, and stay comfortable making decisions without having every answer Who You Are 6+ years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent demonstrated through the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education 3+ years working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced product environment with product or engineering teams and stakeholders Proven success leading product strategy across multiple products and cross-functional teams Strong track record of navigating complex stakeholder relationships and aligning priorities in a matrixed environment Demonstrated success in both product discovery and delivery, with a focus on measurable outcomes Skilled at translating customer, user, and partner insights into product decisions Strategic thinker who makes sound calls quickly, even with incomplete information Experience coaching or mentoring other product managers or peers Skills That Will Help You Stand Out Product management experience in a mature product organization Financial services/retirement industry background Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range
(Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $130000 - $170000 / year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension Eligible Yes Work Environments This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC).
