Job Description
Responsibilities: Understanding program scope, participating in planning milestones, and aligning with business and budgetary requirements Identifying and securing participation from cross-functional teams for effective program integration and execution Developing and maintaining detailed program plans, ensuring accurate and up-to-date program documentation Scheduling and managing workstreams for comprehensive program deployment from start to finish Managing program critical paths and dependencies, while developing goals and success criteria with stakeholders Analyzing risks, establishing contingency plans, and taking corrective actions to mitigate potential program disruptions Allocating resources efficiently to support program objectives and assisting in forecasting budget and resource needs Escalating issues timely for management review and balancing program scope, time, and costs effectively Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
