About this role
Who We Are
Verkada is transforming how organizations protect their people and places with an integrated, privacy-sensitive AI-powered platform that includes solutions for video security, access control, air quality sensors, alarms, intercoms, and visitor management.
We’ve got serious momentum in the market: more than 30,000 customers (including 100+ of the Fortune 500), a $5.8B valuation, more than $1 billion in annualized bookings, and backing from CapitalG, Sequoia Capital, General Catalyst, Felicis Ventures, Next47 and more. Physical AI is one of the most consequential technology shifts of our time, and Verkada is at the center of it.
You can look at all kinds of communities to see our platform’s impact in the world. It's the retailer that uses our agentic AI to deter theft before it happens. The warehouse that uses AI-powered alerts to make sure its team is protected on the floor with proper PPE. The school that’s alerted to a threat in real-time and triggers a lockdown in seconds, not minutes. We’re rapidly scaling this impact: today, more than 2 million Verkada devices are deployed across 170+ countries.

• Champion the end-to-end return journey by streamlining the RMA lifecycle to reduce turnaround times, boost NPS, and hit strict SLAs for enterprise clients.
• Scale and architect our global network of return hubs and consolidation centers across Americas, EMEA, and APAC to minimize transit costs and speed up processing.
• Enforce strict SLAs, processing accuracy, and shrinkage limits across global 3PL partners through rigorous vendor management and KPI tracking.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Support to turn customer friction into operational fixes and build scalable return policies.
• Manage the health, velocity, and accuracy of replacement pools and returned inventory within the ERP system to eliminate bottlenecks and maximize hardware recovery value.
What You Bring
• 8–10+ years of leadership in global logistics or supply chain, with a dedicated focus on reverse logistics, RMA operations, global logistics for hardware or retail - electronics experience preferred.
• Proven ability to, perform cost-benefit analyses on network adjustments, freight optimization, and vendor contracts.
• Expert-level mastery of logistics KPIs (e.g., Dock-to-Stock time, RMA cycle time, 3PL inventory accuracy, freight spend efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics).
• Proficiency utilizing enterprise ERP infrastructure (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) combined with data analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, or advanced Excel, Claude, etc.)
