Equipment Engineer (Test Engineering: Hi-Rel) Responsibilities include: Assembly Engineering: Support growth of Module packages, responsible for the maintenance, stability, and performance of Assembly equipment Test Engineering: Responsible for the maintenance, stability, and performance of final test equipment such as Turret, Gravity handlers, testers and High-Reliability (Hi-Rel) specialized tools. Work on a long-term improvement project Yield improvement Establish programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process Provide technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations Collaborate on New Product Introduction (NPI) launches to ensure a seamless transition and robust support for new equipment during the product lifecycle
