Develop detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks/ Autodesk Inventor (added advantage). Manage product data and revision control using PDM tools (DBworks or any industry-standard PDM). Sustaining engineering (ECO/ECR/ECN). Ensure good quality of detailing and engineering deliveries. Perform engineering calculations to validate design integrity, strength, and performance Design components and assemblies for sheet metal, fabrication, casting, machining, and welded structures. Apply GD&T principles for precise dimensioning and tolerancing. Prepare and maintain BOMs, design documentation, and technical reports. Troubleshoot design issues and propose solutions based on engineering principles

Proficiency in SolidWorks or any other 3D modeling (Part modelling, sheet metal, Assemblies, Drawings). Experience working with any PDM system (DBworks, SolidWorks PDM, Teamcenter, Windchill, etc.).   Must have worked in Gear pumps/ gear design/ hydraulics industry. Good understanding of engineering fundamentals, materials, and manufacturing processes. Experience in selecting standard parts like Motors, bearings, seals, valves etc. Experience in material selection, heat treatment and coating technologies. Hands-on experience in Casting design, Fabrication design, Welded structures, Machined components, Sheet metal design. Should have Excellent communication skills both Verbal and written communication. Should have ability to communicate with others on own ideas and opinions. Be able to work in a team. Document and communicate well at each step. Adhere to quality requirements and timeline.
