What will you do as Import/Export Coordinator at Sealed Air?

Lead, Execute and manage all customs and foreign trade operations supporting the Sealed Air site in Ciudad Juárez. Ensure compliance with Mexican customs regulations and trade programs, including IMMEX, IVA/IEPS Certification, OEA, and CTPAT requirements. Manage import and export documentation, including temporary and definitive imports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. Maintain and control customs databases, records, and reporting required by Mexican authorities and internal audits. Support compliance audits, certifications, and governmental reviews related to trade and customs programs. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of updates in customs processes and documentation. Collaborate with Logistics, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure proper material flow and compliance with trade requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customs processes, compliance controls, and operational efficiency. Why do we need you?

Ensure full compliance with Mexican customs regulations and trade programs, including IMMEX, IVA/IEPS Certification, OEA, and CTPAT. Guarantee uninterrupted import/export operations supporting production continuity. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant customs documentation and government reporting. Reduce compliance risk through strong control of trade processes, records, and regulatory requirements. Support successful audits, certifications, and renewals of trade compliance programs. Strengthen coordination between customs, logistics, and warehouse operations to ensure seamless material flow. What skills will help you succeed?

Advanced conversational English. Experience in customs operations and Mexican foreign trade regulations. Hands-on knowledge of IMMEX, IVA/IEPS Certification, OEA, and CTPAT programs. Experience with import/export documentation and compliance processes. Strong attention to detail and high discipline in documentation control. Ability to work cross-functionally with Logistics and Supply
