Positive, collaborative work environment Ongoing training and professional development What You'll Do Use phone skills to set appointments with daily customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, conquests, other generic leads and service and parts customers. Use our internet resources to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention. Build knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions. Gather accurate customer information to create a database for follow-up and retention What You'll Bring 1+ years experience in a BDC role. 1+ years experience in a customer service role. Ability to communicate over the phone and other digital communication channels. Working knowledge of computer systems and office software The ability to set and achieve targeted goals. Professional personal appearance. Total Rewards The hourly wage for this position is $18. This position will also be eligible for a bonus based on appointments scheduled, shown rate, and sold rates. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
