Job Profile Summary The Benefits Lead is responsible for the strategic leadership, governance, design, and delivery of Accenture Philippines' employee benefits programs. This role ensures that all company-sponsored and government-mandated benefits are competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with employee and business needs. The position serves as the primary owner of benefits policy governance, program oversight, vendor management, and employee experience across the full benefits portfolio, including retirement plans, HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) insurance, life and accident insurance, time-off programs, allowances, de minimis benefits, clinic management, and other health-related programs.
Job Description
As a member of the Total Rewards leadership team, the Benefits Lead drives benefits strategy, oversees key vendors and broker relationships, leads compliance and audit activities, manages benefits-related risks and financial performance, and partners closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Payroll, and business stakeholders. The role also leads benefits transformation initiatives, program enhancements, and governance activities to ensure operational excellence and best-in-class employee experience. Job Qualifications Skills and Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Benefits, Compensation & Benefits, HR Consulting, Insurance, or Employee Benefits management, with at least 3+ years managerial experience. Significant experience managing health, insurance, retirement, and wellbeing programs. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, taxation, social insurance, and benefits regulations. Proven experience leading vendors, brokers, and complex stakeholder networks. Strong financial, analytical, governance, and project management capabilities. Experience leading teams and driving transformation initiatives. Will manage two direct reports based in Manila. The position will report to the Total Rewards Lead for The Philippines.
