Operations Manager, Print on Demand – Brazil (Cajamar-SP) The Operations Manager within Print on Demand is a high-impact role focused on delivering a strong customer experience, operational excellence, and sustainable business performance. You will lead the day-to-day operations of a Print on Demand books production facility in Brazil, with responsibility for safety, quality, productivity, people development, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on Operations role. A strong presence on the floor, close engagement with the team, and direct ownership of operational results are essential.
