Job Summary We are seeking a customer-focused professional to deliver a seamless, end-to-end service experience for UPS Account Executives and our preferred account holders. This role is responsible for resolving service-related issues, managing tracing and claims inquiries, processing refunds, and handling service recovery, while maintaining full ownership of customer concerns through to resolution. The position also includes proactive follow-ups and outbound calls to ensure timely solutions and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve inquiries from UPS Account Executives and their clients promptly and effectively. Account Management Support: Assist with account-related inquiries and coordination. Shipping & Tracking Services: Provide guidance and updates on shipment status. Tracing & Claims Assistance: Support investigations and resolve claims-related concerns. Operational Support: Handle additional account and shipment requirements to ensure smooth operations. Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams to meet customer needs efficiently.
