Collaborate effectively with PMO, Development, Product Management, Business and Technical Operations, Systems Engineering, Infrastructure, Networks, and Architecture teams. Design and develop middle‑layer services and backend components using .NET / .NET Core , and contribute to React/Angular ‑based front‑end applications. Perform new development, maintenance fixes, and enhancements to meet evolving business requirements. Draft and review architectural diagrams, technical specifications, business requirements, and various design documents. Work with our existing technology stack ( .NET, C#, Windows/Linux environments, Microservices, Cloud, and SOA ) as well as new technologies for next‑generation enterprise solutions. Document technical requirements, solution designs, problem resolutions, project task descriptions, effort estimates, and unit/integration tests. Acquire a strong understanding of financial products, services, processes, and organizational structure to deliver optimal technical solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, compliance considerations, risk controls, and the regulatory landscape. Mentor and guide other software developers in the team.

Skills and attributes for success

4–8+ years of hands‑on software development experience. Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, code structure, CI/CD, and deployment best practices. 4–8+ years of experience in .NET / .NET Core development including C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework / EF Core. Experience in system design, architecture, and contributing to scalable solution designs. 4–8+ years of experience in server‑side technologies such as ASP.NET
