Test Equipment Engineer

Back End is a crucial time in an IC development process; Test Equipment engineer must identify the critical points of the device where testing is most necessary and optimize the process and handler capability. It is a precise balance, that has the potential to save our businesses millions of dollars! This role is pivotal as a Subject Matter Expert in Final Test Automated Test Equipment (ATE) such as Pick and Place, Strip and Turret. You will be responsible for the development and qualification of ATE used in our cutting-edge semiconductor final testing. Experience in SPEA test handler is highly preferred.
