Work Flexibility: Onsite KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES主要职责:    •    Responsible for coordinating sourcing needs for new product development projects, including completion of supplier selection & management, regularly reporting material costs and defining final material logistics. Acts as liaison for all sourcing activities to Design, Advanced Operations, and Project Transfer teams.  负责协调新产品开发项目的采购需求，包括供应商选择和管理，定期报告材料成本，确定最终材料物流。并作为采购活动的联络人，负责满足设计团队，先期运营团队及项目转移团队的采购需求。 •    Coordinate smooth post launch material flow for Operations  为生产运营协调提供稳定流畅的物料。 •    Other tasks/responsibilities assigned by the line manager •    其它主管指定的任务和职责 Quality First质量第一 o    Communicate print revision changes to suppliers through design process  负责与供应商沟通设计阶段的图纸变更 o    Drive First Article deliveries, ensure closure in a timely fashion 推动首件交货，确保及时关闭 o    Build the bridge between Stryker and supplier technical personnel to ensure Design for Manufacturability/Assembly considerations are incorporated into new products. 作为史赛克和供应商之间的桥梁，确保设计的可制造性、可装配性被充分评估并整合到新产品的设计中。 Customer Experience客户体验 o    Support timely where 'buy' analysis after Make v. Buy decision complete  在“制造/采购”决定完成后，需及时完成最优采购渠道选择。 o    Ensure accurate BOM maintenance, cost tracking  确保物料清单的准确性并追踪成本。 o    Coordinate timely and accurate delivery of engineering builds, prototypes, FAI and V&V material  协调原材料及时准确发货，以支持工程样件，原型样件，首件及功能测试样件的生产。 o    Coordinate supply chain activities between R&D and Strategic Sourcing through the new product development cycle. 在新产品开发阶段，在研发团队和战略采购团队间协调供应链活动。 •    Financial Results财务绩效 o    Coordinate with key stakeholders through forecasting, NPD, Quality performance to drive and govern the supplier’s cost effectiveness  协调内部关键用户，通过需求预测、新项目、质量表现等途径推动并管理供应商成本有效性 o    Communicate complete product costs versus target costs, maintain design and process change highlights to costs. 负责沟通产品成本与目标成本的差异，并把设计变更、制程变更与产品成本相联系。 o    Engage Sourcing Engineer, Strategic Sourcing and/or design teams for continuously cost optimization. 与采购工程师，战略采购和设计团队持续进行成本优化。 Innovation创新 o    Investigate, analyze and develop new suppliers to bring a world class medical device supply base to the organization. 调查，分析和开发新的供应商，为集团开发世界级的医疗设备供应基地。 o    Partner with suppliers to ensure the latest technological innovations are incorporated into our product and process designs. 与供应商紧密合作，确保我们的产品设计及加工工艺已经融合了最前沿的技术创新。 People Development人才发展 o    Builds constructive relationships with cross-functional teams to produce reliable and consistent deliverables from suppliers. 与跨职能团队建立积极关系，确保供应商持续稳定提供可交付成果。 o    Builds engaging networks within Sourcing and Operations. 与供应商开发及运营团队建立积极合作网络。 Applicable for Senior Position适用于资深职位: •    Ownership of overall supplier
