Find what drives you on a team with a more than 75-year history of discovery, determination, and innovation.  Learn about the  Danaher Business System  which makes everything possible.  The Director – Innovation Project Management and Operations is responsible for delivering the portfolio of projects (APD, TDP, CIP, VAVE, Sustaining) on time, ensuring they align with business objectives, are prioritized appropriately and are completed successfully.   This position reports to the Chief Technology Officer (with dotted line to VP, DBS) and is part of the PALL Global Research & Development Organization and will be fully remote.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to:   Build best-in-class project management strategy at Pall and drive execution with functional leaders; define best practices and methodologies (Accolade and appropriate DBS tools).  Enforce project management processes, monitor project metrics (maintain/review/update Launch Plan), and drive improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and continuously improve the process to meet the needs of the BU’s served  Lead, coach, and mentor project managers and teams  Identify and manage project risks/issues, develop contingency plans, escalate as necessary, problem solve as needed  Liaise with stakeholders, executives, and clients to communicate project metrics, status, risks, and opportunities (accelerate, enhance Revenue, expand Customer base)  Monitor and provide visibility to innovation project funnel  Identify and drive opportunities to drive efficiencies into the product development process  The essential requirements of the job include   Masters / PhD in relevant Science or Engineering disciplines with experience in industrial settings  At least 10 years of experience in cross-functional teams with project management and technology transfer from concept to commercialization.   Leadership, Influencer and able to build consensus among technologists, collaborate with key stakeholders, attract external talent and be a coach/mentor to support a world class technology organization.  Demonstrated proficiency with Accolade or other Innovation Management software  Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:   if applicable for role   This is a global role and will involve travel to the sites with R&D critical mass and / or colocation with manufacturing  It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:   Advanced filtration, separation and purification on an industrial scale  Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
