Corporate Finance and Forecasting Lead The Opportunity: Serve in a lead role in the company's Executive Compe nsa tion Finance team, managing multiple analysts and supporting Booz Allen's executive affordability and company-wide bonus pools, reporting and analytics, annual planning, forecasting, and strategic modeling. Manage the company’s executive compe nsa tion envelope and bonus pools helping Booz Allen’s executive leadership shape their management strategy for the future. Work closely with senior HR leaders and sector integrator s to model out executive compe nsa tion forecasts, helping teams stay within their affordability envelopes. Help sector finance leads to understand their bonus pool forecasts to guide them with certain hiring decisions. Be responsible for all the monthly bonus accruals asso cia ted with each bonus plan. Be responsible for partnering with senior leaders to help design and model strategic compe nsa tion structures in an evolving business environment. Be highly visible with members of the executive leadership team. Support Booz Allen’s annual planning cycle and recurring reporting needs for the corporate plan and rate management team. Compile, validate, organize, and analyze data related to the company’s annual plan and ongoing business performance. Work in finan cia l models that support both current and future business outlooks. Comprehend and communicate business trends, scenario analysis, and decision impacts on company finan cia l performance. Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to incorporate relevant information into finan cia l models. Compile presentations to provide leadership with the information they need to effectively manage the business and insights to enable finan cia l value creation. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizen ship is required . You Have: 6+ years of experience in a corporate FP & A or accounting setting 3+ years of experience in finan cia l forecasting 1+ years of experience managing finan cia l analysts Ability to use Micro sof t Excel for finan cia l modeling Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have: Experience presenting finan cia l data to leadership Experience with accounting Ability to model and articulate P & L performance drivers Ability to attain a comprehension of the government contract ing business model and operational drivers quickly Ability to create and maintain forecasting models Ability to effectively manage complex processes alongside time-sensitive deliverables Ability to work in a team and independently Ability to maintain strict privacy of confidential information Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Compensation At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
