The ASDS SBU Engineering Execution Team is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer to serve as the Shared Services Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead for the AMRAAM® C9/D4 program. In this role, you will provide strategic, technical, and execution‑focused leadership for a multidisciplinary team of analysts, systems engineers, mechanical engineers, Specialty Engineering professionals, and subject matter experts. You will guide these teams through complex development and integration challenges while supporting the design, integration, and delivery of hardware, software, and engineering test equipment for the AIM‑120D4 and AIM‑120C9 product variants. As part of a major developmental effort, you will help shape integrated engineering approaches and influence key decisions that drive program success. You will provide technical direction, mentorship, and oversight to engineering personnel that deliver technical services to all product teams across the program. You will allocate and balance engineering resources to meet dynamic program priorities, ensuring Shared Services commitments remain aligned with broader program objectives and timelines. This role involves close collaboration with Chief Engineers, Program Management, Product Owners, and other IPT Leads to maintain alignment, resolve technical issues, and support major reviews and program milestones.
